Take Time To Plan
Habakkuk 2:2 – “And the Lord answered me, and said. Write the vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that read it”.
It is always good to take time to plan. Planning is the starting point for any dream or vision you possess. A plan is a written list of arranged actions necessary to achieve your desired goal or dream.
The Bible says: “Write the vision, and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that reads it”.
Jesus planned for our future. In John 14:2, He said, “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you”.
God scheduled the birth of Jesus Christ, the crucifixion and resurrection of His Son before the foundation of the world as stated in Revelation 13:8.
It is interesting that God planned a meal, the marriage supper six thousand years ahead of time. “…blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb…..” – Revelation 19:9.
God always honours men who plan.
- Noah planned the building of the ark.
- Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived on earth, took time to plan the building of the temple.
- Moses the great deliverer who brought the Israelites out of Egypt took time to plan the tabernacle.
The Bible contains the plan and purpose of God in your life; as you study it, you discover all that God has for you. It is a prophecy, a description of the future before it occurs. So take time to plan your life and walk according to the master plan of God.
